Let's talk about: Strength Training

Strength training doesn’t require using external loads in order to build muscle and strength. Body weight training can provide a great stimulus for building strength and creating a strong basis for greater body awareness.

More advanced programs look at specific rep ranges and loads for building hypertrophy (muscle size), strength, or muscle endurance. But at the end of the day, basic, simple training movements will elicit those positive results in terms of building muscle and endurance.

Focus on building solid technique, hypertrophy, and overall exercise capacity, and you create the foundation of strength training.
